Returns Policy

 

Returning your product because you changed your mind

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll give a full refund, as long as your returned product has not been used and is in original condition.

Returns need to be sent to the address below with proof of purchase. This will be a copy of your receipt sent via email when you placed the order.

Returning your product because it arrived damaged

 

We are very sorry your item arrived damaged.
So we can resolve this quickly, please follow the steps below

  1. Take photos of the damaged item
  2. Send them to us and tell us what you can about the damage. When you submit your email you will receive a response within 24 – 48 hours. Please send the email to info@muddyhandsltd.com
  3. We will review the email sent and provide you with options of how to move forward, this may include a partial refund, full refund or a replacement being sent to you.

 

Our customers terms & conditions

If you have changed your mind about keeping your item, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we will give a full refund.

By original condition we mean:

  • You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition so the item can be resold at full price
  • You have not used the item

Unless damaged, we must receive the item within 30 days of purchase:

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging and must be returned to us in original condition.
          Please make sure the item is packaged appropriately so it is not received damaged.
  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation email within the package and provide a reason for the return.
  • If you have included your order confirmation email, we will refund using the original payment method used.
  • Please note that if you return items which are outside our returns policy or if you do not have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund, so please keep your order confirmation email.
